with the recent software update (2.6.1.55) or the one prior for whatever reason my adjusted PLA (for Sunlu) filament fails hard when it comes to the intersection of support and first layer above support. Overlapping gone, heavy underextrusion.
Coming from the world of 3D printing “before it was easy” i am very well used on how to build, setup and calibrate printers, fiddle with firmware and also calibrate or rather create and calibrate filament profiles.
I can exclude the filament roll as root cause, as the exact same roll “worked” before.
What is astonishing is that a well working profile just ended up in such extreme results:
Does anyone has an idea on why this happened?
Surely i simply can try to recalibrate. However this seems to be an artifact only in the interface between support and first part layer on top of the support. Everything else comes out just fine. Thus i’d prefer to first understand where this comes from. (understanding it technically…pls don’t answer with “software issue” 
)
I’ve been having a similar problem on my P1S and H2C (left Nozzle) for the past two weeks. No matter what value I set for the flow rate, it would extrude too much. Today I reinstalled BS and left the language set to English (it was previously set to German). Now I’m cautiously optimistic that it will work again. However, all of my filament profiles have disappeared (about 100). I’m really annoyed, but still glad I found the problem (unlike Bambu Lab Support, whom I haven’t heard from in days).
…so at least i am not alone with it

did you check in app data folder if there maybe is an older bambu folder containing your old profiles?
Maybe i’ll go for a clean re-install as well. I am anyways a bit annoyed that studio on top with every program start loses the synced printer filaments. I always have to manually resync printer and then filaments before doing anything in the slicer.
Yes, I did. But unfortunately, when I uninstalled it using Discover, I also had all user files removed so I could perform a clean reinstallation. I was hoping that Bambus Cloud would work. That was a big mistake. In the future, I’ll probably have to manually back up the filament and process settings on a regular basis. The software is getting closer and closer to an early alpha stage. Soon it will be completely unusable.
Seems like there also is underextrusion with Bambu Filament. Just ran with a standard PLA profile and grey PLA with automatic flow compensation. Got visible underextrusion in the top layer.
Also i cleaned up my custom filaments from App Data folder before updating to the latest software version not long ago. For whatever reason all my custom filaments are still there.
I guess that problem now is exactly the opposite of yours. Weird!
I hope a clean install will solve this, otherwise i might start becoming frustrated of slicer being updated to worse quality than before…wrong direction!
