According to the Bambu Labs shop website for the AMS 2 the delivery date got moved again from March to April. I have been waiting since last December to order one.
When in April if at all will I be able to order it in Europe?

You will have to watch the store page for it, even with the notifications for stock it can be in stock for a few days and no emails come out. I had a part I needed and it was out of stock. I happened to find it in stock, ordered it, wait almost a week for it, installed it, and a week after that got an in stock email alert.
I get your frustration, but with many companies in stock notification you really can’t trust the timeliness of it.
