Replacement Feet for Printers

I am curious if anybody else finds it a little odd that Bambu Lab doesn’t offer replacement factory footpads for any of their printers. The only option for P1 and X1 users is the Anti-Vibration Feet, which are far from desirable in my opinion.

I get that there are models available to print replacement feet, typically with TPU, which is fine and all, I just think that that would be something available to purchase if one wanted direct factory replacements.

Anybody else find this odd? I am going to put in a request to include them on Maker’s Supply.

They wouldn’t be on makers supply as that is for models, i assume you mean the store here the other replacement parts would go, and would be an ok addition although i can’t say i’ve seen that many people need them, what did you do to your original feet?

Yes, you are correct, I meant on the store. (It’s all the same website, so I tend to just refer to it all as “Maker’s Supply”). Sorry for the confusion.

I had given the Anti-Vibration feet a try but managed to “misplace” one of the originals. Since then, I managed to find it and all is well now. However, I did attempt to purchase replacements before I found the original, only to find that it is not an option.

I just was thinking that, as is with every component (on pretty much anything, not just these printers) it will eventually get worn down. Especially so with something made of rubber, where it’s just a matter of the material breaking down over time, and losing its mechanical properties, rather than being physically “worn down”.
