Well , over the last year I had about 11 or 12 out of total of ~140 fans fail (both blowers and axials, from 120 to 5015 yada yada, pretty much any size you can imagine that you “easily” ) and those fails were somewhere between 1st 10 days and 3 weeks of usage. It means that 90% at 60C would survive ~6250hrs. Which is almost 3 quarters non stop printing of abs. It is a consumable but it’s not going to fail this early usually unless it’s defective or flawed out of factory

Someone needs to make a video, and that someone should be Bambu, a video that shows in clear as day detail how each of the connections on the mainboard are disconnected and reconnected, just so we can see exactly how before we eventually dig in ourselves, a video that leaves zero second guessing.

yes… its not actualy that hard to replace … its just fiddly … 1st time is the worst. instructions are good on the wiki . but make more sense once you’ve done it … DO NOT spray it with any lubricant . it will spread and get in the servo motor and that costs a lot more than the £12 fan !
