Replacing a hotend fan is a nightmare

Bambu took the stand that ALL fans are consumables and won’t warranty ANY of them as you see stated now.

I can’t speak for the X1C, but they did just replace my broken fan under warranty, no questions asked:

Cooling fan for hotend making high pitched noise

Well for me this was all handled within 24 hours after sending the initial report. They’re sending out a replacement part under warranty. So in this case I can’t complain about their support at all. [image]
