Has anyone returned an unopened spool and obtained a refund? I recently ordered 12 spools of filament and realized one of the was the wrong color. Is there a way to return it for a refund or apply cost to future purchase?

They will most likely send you a new spool and you can keep the old one.

My mistake… I ordered TPU 95A instead of TPU for AMS
Less likely you will get a free one as the mistake is yours.
Yeah that changes the situation.
Might as well buy the correct spool then use the other for something else.

You could also just buy the one you wanted and post the mistaken one up for sale, either here or on eBay. I’ve bought a few new spools and refills of Bambu and other brands of filament there. In fact, I just bought a spool of BL PETG gray on eBay, should be delivered soon.
