I’m returning my P2S and have taken all the steps creating a ticket etc.
They have sent me the return label and instructions on how to package but they haven’t told me where I actually take the printer to return it. I have asked the question but they seem to take a while before they reply and I would like to get this returned asap.
Can anyone advise me on where I drop this off to get it returned?
It has EVRI on the returns label but no other details whatsoever
You should be able to take it to a drop off location.
EVRI looks like they partner with Parcelshops. Should be a easy drop off, but I might be a good idea to call before going.

Seems that’s not possible, I’ve taken it to 4 different locations and on the final one I was told they can’t take anything over 15kg in weight so I’ve replied to bambu to see how I arrange this now. I can’t seem to do it online either as the name bambu labs isn’t registered for a courier pickup service either
