Hi, after P1P upgrade to P1S(genuine enclosure kit) i seem to be having issues with printing and I was wondering if its possible to revert back to the P1P ?
Are you printing with the door open and lid off?
No the lid and door are both closed. I would rather go back to the P1P than experiment further - I do appreciate the reply tho
One more experiment, try printing with the lid removed and the door open. Assuming you are printing with PLA. Also if you added the aux fan, you could try turning that off in the slicer or moving the model away from it. Other than that, there aren’t any other quality-affecting differences between the P1P and P1S.
Maybe I’d start with turning off the aux fan.
Thanks - I presumed the enclosure was meant to be enclosed. However i will experiment further with your suggestions before I give up on it. If i still have issues do i just toggle the accessories entry on the setting menu to “enclosure kit” not fitted ?

PLA, PETG, and TPU will generally cool better and print more reliably with the door open and/or the top off.
Seems a bit better looks like I still have the odd skipped layer but no birds nests so far- currently printing a venting/lid riser
