I printed a part of the Rocinante model (linked below), and it is getting some rippling along certain early layers of the Bambu Metal PLA near the start. I can’t determine a cause and any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m using Bambu Studio, 3mf from the link below (the 3 errors fixed version). The only change I made was I printed it using the .08mm High Quality preset instead of the .2mm Standard that the file loaded. Other than the layer height, the only other difference I could find is Gyroid.
I’m using new Bambu Metal PLA for the dark parts, new Bambu Basic for the Orange, and eSun PLA+ for the gray.
The rest of the print came out really well, just that part along the bottom at the beginning. I’ve looked in the layers in the slicer and can’t fine a particular culprit.
I’ve done flow dynamics and flow rate calibrations for each filament.
