Someone had a similar issue:
Trying to pinpoint what it could be, I’ve cared for the rails, calibrated, retightened belts, recalibrated, checked the belts as much as I can, cleaned the idler pulleys because they had some buildup on them…
But wondered if anyone had thoughts on things to check before I start to tear it apart aimlessly to identify what’s not operating smoothly.

My first thought is that corner is where the filament tube is going to have the tightest bend.
