So i’m having some filament purge issue one one of my 2 P1S and I can’t seem to be able to figure what the issue is.
Here’s the test print I’m running. Essentially a Red to white transition. You can see how on one there hasn’t been enough purge and pink is still showing
Same firmware, same filament (Bambu PLA), same sliced file. Default flush multiplier. different printers.
I had been printing one same job over and over without any issue straight from the Sd card and the bleed just started appearing 3-4 days ago. It took me a while to realize as I wasn’t taking too much of a close look to the finish job and it was a lighter colour transition(Yellow>White).
The only thing I can think of is maybe some weird nozzle wear/inner clog. But i’m not convinced.
You know the printers better than anyone.
From the images, it seems that despite similar settings, the purge process wasn’t the same in both printers.
I would check if the clog theory is valid; if not, swap the nozzles between the printer and test again.
In the worst case, you’ll discard the nozzles as the cause.
Another option, maybe less prone, is that the filaments, despite the same brand and colour, aren’t in the same condition, or is it precisely the same spool?
In any case, you´re dealing with white filament, for which differences are noticeable even with minor changes.

It would appearthe nozzle is holding back filament and leeching it out slowly post purge. See the before and after nozzle swap photos
I guess I’ll go do a cold pull on the faulty nozzle and see if that fixes it too. It’s only got 2500 hours on it so it’s most likely a foreign body stuck as opposed to a physical dent inside causing the hold back.
