SAVE CHANGES, in bambu studio, not working correctly

trying to save changes, the .3MF file. I make some shanges, then i SAVE PROJECT. if i go back to save project, you see it is GREYED OUT, indicating that I DID SAVE the prior changes, keeping the updated project.

BUT, if I then “X” out of the program, sometimes, it is telling me that i have UNSAVED CHANGES, do I WANT TO SAVE CHANGES ??? I don’t know what changes it is referring to, as I already SAVED PROJECT, to keep the changes that I KNOW i made. so, with this FINAL “X-out” change notice, i don’t know hwat changes it is referring to, or why the prior “SAVE PROJECT” did not save all changes (or whether the program itself does not know that the changes were saved?

I’ve seen this also. It only happens in certain situations, and I haven’t tracked down which, exactly. Maybe just switching tabs after a save. And if I ‘cancel’ out of that warning dialog and check the File menu, “Save Project” is still disabled. It’s yet another bug. From what I can tell it saves the project fine the first time (and I don’t see why it wouldn’t), and the warning is “bogus.”

I have noticed that when exiting Studio 2.6.0.51, it no longer asks if I want to save or discard changes to presets. The only reference to this change might be in the 2.6.0 Hotfix release notes, which say only " 3. Removed several unnecessary prompts."

I know many found the various Save/Discard/Transfer dialogs confusing, so this might be an improvement. My preset changes tend to be more intentional, so my response on exit was always Discard.
