Aside from saving each designs bookmark, how about someway where they can be clicked on to save in a “folder” for liked designs.
I often open a search find stuff I like and have trouble finding it again.
I haven’t found a way in the maker world site
Either by liking it and reviewing your likes, or making a collection and adding in to that?

I find downloading and saving to my device the best option, this also allows me to “play” with a model in my own time
To access what @Dave_W stated, click your user profile picture in the top right corner, then hover over ‘User Profile’
I prefer to review my ‘Likes’ but creating collections and saving models to various collections could really help too.

do you mean Collections?
collections can be private, so you can treat them like folders and save things you want there.
Downloading the 3mf and keeping it somewhere is a pretty viable option too, it saves a copy of the model page in the 3mf so you can review any instructions later
