Getting a weird behavior on a particular model where it seems like the scarf seam fails or gets dragged out by the nozzle causing outer wall imperfections.
The issue repeats between prints although not always exactly at the same layer, but always next to the seam.
Anybody seen something like this? Or have any ideas?

Scarf seams are not created in profiles with sharp corners. Your screenshot of the slicer doesn’t suggest a scarf seam either.
Can you make a screenshot in the slicer in flow mode?
What I also notice is that the corner in the slicer is sharp while the image shows a rounded corner. You might want to lower the speed of your outer profile.
Also you might consider flow calibration, looks like you are having under extrusion here.

I ended up going to down to a 0.24mm layer height (down from 0.3mm) with the same 0.6mm nozzle and the issue went away.
So I don’t have a repro I’m tracking anymore.
