Screen does not accept commands. Only via apps

Hello all,

I have been using x1c for some 1100 print hours and after latest update I am experiencing following behaviour, behaviour I find incorrect:

  • on touchscreen everything seems alright, I can make changes and it seems like I am making changes. But nothing happens. E.g. I want to lead filament from ext spool, I click on Load button and… nothing happens. Same for changes of fan speed, setting silent mode etc etc. To be specific, visually and touchwise it works. Software just does not respond.

  • via Bambu Studio or Handy app I can control everything fully.

Is this normal? Do you have this too? I will report as feature fix request.

Or is it some local software error to troubelshoot here?

What firmware version is the printer running?

I am having the same problem trying to abort a print. Now that I see you are also having this problem, time for a bug report.

Ello, ola. Not sure why what and why, but yeah simple reboot sorted it.

Latest current official fw.

Too bad I do not know steps how to get there. Amyways, if in trouble, wait until print finishes, clean plate and reboot.
