Screen glitch on a1 series

a short while ago i noticed a screen glitch on my a1 mini and my friend said he had the same problem on his a1. i reached out to bambu and after changing the mainboard the glitch disappeared. if you have the same problem, i recommend reaching out to get the replacement piece although it is a bit of a pain to install it and to activate the new sn.

here are pictures of the glitch. sorry if its blurry.

the first one is the xyz page and the 2nd one is the ams page

I have the same problem on a1, is there any way to fix it? I overwrote the firmware but nothing to do, the problem still exists

i actually got a new mainboard from bambu which solved the problem but when i updated the printer, the problem returned after like 1 week of the issue going away. i’ll write to bambu and see what they say and post their response

mine fixed itself after turning it off and on again

but its something ill keeep an eye on

I had the same problem but after turning off the printer and unplugging it then restarting it went away for a bit, but it came back after a while, but I haven’t seen it happen in awhile.

so bambu wrote back to reset the printer to factory settings and to format the sd card and if that doesnt work, try rolling back the firmware version by referring to the following method:
