Seam issue with multiple copies

Filament TPU for AMS.
If I print a single part, the quality is acceptable. But if I print a quantity the quality is horrible. I assume this has to do with the acceleration between the parts. I am printing a full plate now with reduced speeds and acceleration to test. But any other ideas?

Looking at closeup it kind of looks like an overhang issue, but other similar parts with less overhang angle suffer similar results.

While that is neat, that isn’t going to work. I can only get 14 of these on a plate and it takes twice as long doing that. I am going to be printing literally 10-20,000 a year.

Slowing the speed and acceleration helped, but it can still be better.

Respect, that quantity sounds like commercial use. May I ask what it is actually for?

It is a protector for the bullet connectors on RC charge leads. I may end up going to petg. It prints way nicer, lol. But this TPU for AMS is a little softer feeling. The guy I am doing these for originally wanted to do injection molding, but the mold costs are not worth it.

Interesting. My first thought was, why doesn’t he print molds and use liquid silicone? But printing them in bulk is probably the quickest and easiest method in the end.

I am having exactly same problem with PLA. If i print only one part it is okay. If i print multiple seams get noticeably ticker and my parts don’t fit together. Always printed multiple and never had this problem.

Same here and I don’t know why.
