Seam issues

Hello, I encountered a strange situation today, as you can see in the photos. When I printed the same part from the same file last week, separation occurred at the seam area, including on other parts on the same plate. Can anyone help me understand the reason? I updated to Bambu Studio 2.5.0.64 about two hours ago, maybe that’s the cause?

I noticed your screen shot isn’t showing Seam Gap? Here’s a pic of mine (v2.5.0.64):

Not sure why your’s is different? Wondering if that has something to do with it?

I think it is because of, I did not enable the developer mode

I just disable Smart scarf seam application, and print same tool…

I tried a few mysterious methods… Then I decided to change the filament. Here’s the final result.
