Anyone had filaments under extrusion near the hole?
I’m about 2 weeks now trying to fix this bug without success.
Any suggestions?
(PETG HF - 0.8 HF NOZZLE - LAYER YEUGHT 0.24 - LAYER WIDTH 1.2 )
The wall I’m printing are 2.4 mm
Pictures will help. But I would guess with that large of a nozzle it may be normal.
Have you calibrated the filament?
I wouldn’t say it is normal. My first guess would be wrong flow dynamic. I’m not sure if it can cause such a huge gap. There is also a setting, i think “seam gap”, that could cause this if too large a value is used.
I agree, he added the picture while I was typing.
I also tried 0.22 layer height but I still find problems near the seam.
It only print good with 0.4 nozzle.
Filament is dried and calibrated.
I made auto calibration, then I calibrated manually.
The only strange things is that if I repeat the procedure the result are always different.
