I find it very difficult to believe these designs were done “in parallel” as claimed. First of all my model was out earlier and very visible in the Music Instruments contest. Secondly, as I mentioned early I feel my model had some unique elements I haven’t see before. It would be remarkable if two people both came up with the same set of novel ideas as the same time.

I agree 100%. I know it’s hard to prove on our end whether or not the offender really started from scratch or created the mesh from a downloaded model. The burden of proof is on us.
