Hi everyone, would really appreciate some help troubleshooting this:
On the back of the print (pic 2) I get these really rough surfaces, but on the front it prints just fine (pic 1). What could this be? I’m using a P1S, with PolyTerra PLA. It looks like uneven cooling to me, but with door open or closed I get the same result.
- 220c first layer, 210 other layers
- bed temp 75c, other layers 65c
- part cooling fan at 100% after layer 4
- aux fan at 0
- 3 wall loops
- speed: outer wall 75mm, inner wall 200mm, sparse infill at 300mm
- flow has been calibrated for this PLA
Losing my mind playing around with a bunch of different settings (lower bed temp, higher bed temp, etc.) Any tips would be highly appreciated.
