I am quite new to 3d printimg, but I need to ask about Bamboo Studio.
When selecting the type of filament in the Prepair section, do I have to also select the type of filament in the preview tab and also the device tab as well?
Additionally, if I select the filament on the printer, does that setting overide all the other settings in Studio, once I selected it?
The filament used is selected in the library of filaments in the Prepare section. Once the model is sliced in the Prepare section you don’t need to select it again until you send the print the to printer and at that point you will see a dialog box which will show what filament (if you have an AMS) you can choose from that is loaded in the AMS. The software will automatically match it but you can adjust it to your liking.
