Sending print issues

Hey Guys,
i have a smaall issue where i cant send the file to printer by clicking ‘print plate’, but i can send it over there with ‘send’ and the, (still on PC), i can start the print. i have a X1C with ams, fully update software on everything. any ideas?

Are you operating in LAN mode?

This is how the Printer/Studio is designed to operate when you have access to the internet/cloud.

  • Print Plate - transfers the print to the onboard storage and starts the print.
  • Send - transfers the print to the SD card (if installed) but does not start the print.

If you want to transfer the print to the printer sd card and start it you will need to enabled “Store Sent files on External Storage” in the settings and then use the “Print Plate” as you normally would.

i tried it. same thing. it used to work before, then i was busy for a few weeks and wasnt able to print anything, but when i got back i started having issues

and i get this, it loads to 97%, jumps back and starts loading again to 30% and shows this
