It may not adress your problem, but I had a similar issue and it was solved meanwhile.
Can you please run multiple homing while the nozzle were you expect the issue is active? Just go to the Extruder menu and select the desired side at the top. Then got to the movement menu and hit the house.
For me it was the left nozzle. The calibration failed for me about 95% of the time. The homing did finish, but there where unusual retries and an error popped up, but did disappear 2-5 seconds later.
The thing it that the homing may be successful some times, there fore I would recommend to run homing at least 3-5 times in a row.
Normal procedure is, that the nozzle touches the bed and retries with very small movements you barely see.
However for me it was that the bed made large retries about 1 cm high. And there was this “nozzle is not touching the bed” message, which somehow is only visible very short. You see it in the video, it just disappears without any interaction.
In case it looks like this, it is probably a broken eddy sensor. Contact support with a video and the printer log and they should send you a new sensor.
Note: Before doing this, make sure the nozzle it clean and correctly mounted.
