[20230516_192021] Had the same error on arrival, was a hotend fan blade that had broken off and jammed the rest of the fan. Opened up the hotend and wiggled the fan untill the broken blade fell out. It still works (I dont think its supposed to sound like this). Took a week of back and forth with support to get them to send the 15 dollar replacement. Not worth your time imo.

New firmware 01.03. the printer stops printing after a few hours

[20230616_152511] Again, stopped dead in its tracks 4 hours in. Im so sick of this garbage printer and these updates that keep turning this waste of money into a bigger waste of money. That’s like 5 out of the last 7 prints that have failed with no error, just the hotend stopping. Insufficient Support

Hi there, A few days ago I opened a support ticket because my heat bed is damaged. Until today there was no problem orientated answer. But what’s worse, is that I got a reply asking me if I am happy with the support and if I won’t answer the ticket will be closed. Without any reply concerning the problem… I asked for a reply now several times, but I won’t get any answer at all. What can I do? Any suggestions? New Printer Launch instead of hiring more support

Haven’t gotten a reply in a week from the missing part in my p1p spare parts bundle but when I see a person on printables saying if you ask support for a discount and paid full price for the p1p they’ll offer you a 30% off discount for the difference in price. They messaged back IN LESS THAN A DAY to turn that down but haven’t replied to a missing part from an order for over a week. These people are crooks and they have ZERO loyalty to their customers.
