Had my Bambu Lab P1S printer all of 28 days, then HMS 0500 0300 0001 0002, I can’t print, I can’t update my firmware, nothing works. I spend 48 hours waiting for a response, simply telling me to check lights. I want either a refund or a replacement at this rate. I shouldn’t have to spend 8+ hours troubleshooting a less than one month printer that is sold to us as ready to use “out of the box”. Sure the printer worked great, I was very happy with it, until it didn’t. I understand things break but when tech support takes forever to get back to you it leaves a sour taste in your mouth and the desire to spread the word about how poor the customer service is in general. Not even time zones are an excuse because China is on the same time zone as me! Help me expeditiously fix my printer, send me a new one or give me my money back so I can buy another printer from another brand with better customer service!
