I am very disappointed with Bambu Labs and agree with a poor rating. I ordered 4 colors of filament: white, black, grey, and yellow. And a new hotend. When I was checking out, it said I had all 4 filaments in my cart. After I ordered, I got a quick message that said one filament had a delay on the order and do I want to continue…I chose to continue thinking that the black filament would just come later…to my disappointment, the black did not arrive, and after receiving the order, I noticed the black had been removed from my order. I was charged full price for the three that came because it was considered that I didn’t order the 4 colors to get the discount. I inquired with customer service and asked what happened to my black and they said it never got ordered. And it was not on the order, so I am stuck with the price because I didn’t order enough to get the discount. All I wanted was for Bambu Labs to give me my black and apply the discount but they would not budge because they said it was not on the order. Even though it was their system that kicked it out and left the black out of the order. Satisfaction guarantee is not part of the Bambu Labs customer service policy and I regret that they are not willing to correct their system mistake. But they did send me a link to order the black at full price. If I need black at the full price, I don’t need their stupid link. What I needed was customer support to honor the original order, provide me with the discount, and send out my black PETG HF at the discounted price. Unfortunately, my bad experience has made me reconsider ordering my next printer from Bambu Labs. I also put a very bad taste in my mouth about ordering more filament from Bambu Labs. This is the second unfavorable result with customer service. I guess two bad experiences with only two customer service tickets are bad odds; 100% of the time, they push the blame back to the customer and do not provide customer support. It’s a $20 discount, and even if they did apply the discount and sent me the filament at the discounted price, I would be owing them $5+ change. Oh yeah, one last thing, they did offer me to return the product at my shipping cost…so there goes the $20 in shipping I would have saved…thanks again, customer support.
