Shipment Delay?

Actually, today’s delivery was the new TPU for AMS.

Ordered 11/20 and still has not shipped. Ordered
Filament that still shows in stock, cutters, and nozzle cleaners. Seems they got overwhelmed with Black Friday success.

It’s good to see I’m not the only one who ordered during the Black Friday sale whose order hasn’t shipped. I ordered 11/21.

I always tell myself that Bambu is lucky their products are so good. Everything else they do sucks.

Same boat, ordered filaments on the 20th and still no activity. I really need the filament and i dont want to experiment with otger materials.

Same, I ordered on Nov 20th, and still no updates besides the initial order confirmation. I then ordered one new roll, on the 29th, and that one already has a tracking number. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really need that filament. It’s the Marble PLA too, and I still haven’t found an alternative with a similar grain.

7 more days Marks 1 month since I placed my order(November 9th) for a p1s and a bunch of filament and accessories. I have received everything except the p1s printer combo. I have filled out multiple support tickets and even emailed support. All I have received is generic AI written responses of due to Black Friday high demands shipping may be delayed.

I’m honestly getting nervous my printer was lost in the mail and they’re too busy to bother with me. It was shipped out to the carrier on the 11th of November but FedEx has not received the package… I honestly have no idea what to do next

That should’ve been addressed in the first week by support. That’s so disheartening.

@MakerWorld needs to do better

Not sure how it is in the USA, but here is what happened with my order in europe.

When I placed my order, bambulab sent me a mail with a tracking number and said that the order was shipped. This was not the case.

The tracking number mentioned that the postal company did not receive the package yet (in case of DHL it will say something like electronically announced).

The tracking number will show that, until the package is picked up by the postal company at the warehouse that bambulab is using. In my case this took about 14 days, and a few annoying conversations with the support.

I don’t think it is possible that the package will be lost before the postal company receives it. It is likely delayed, because bambulab doesn’t have enough stocked or not enough people to make the orders ready for shipment. Maybe there is some other reason, at least people seem to now get a mail that their order is delayed. I didn’t get that, with my order in middle of november.

Now i am getting worried with the printer i ordered last weel, in Europe. Normally it gets picked up by DHL / Deutsche Post but this time it’s through DPD and it’s sitting there with the “eletronic order sent to DPD”… And i hate DPD because they always find a way to “forget” their packages and they wash their hands after they fail to delivery. I also didn’t get any mail stating that they are delaying shipments.
If anyone is in Germany and ordered a printer, how’s the shipping these days? For filament it usually takes longer than printers but i am getting nervous now.

Given the Black Friday season everything takes a little more time, I wouldn’t worry too much, but I’ve had a filament order take quite a long time and did reach out to support for them to check the logistics and it seemed to have worked as the next that it was handed over to the courier

I wouldn’t mind having DPD used on my orders to be honest, DHL always plays the trick of leaving it in a service point instead of my address (I am always available to receive it, they do fake attempts)

But yeah orders are taking longer, the wood filament that I ordered quite a while ago will only be delivered tomorrow, it is the season of logistics delays

Strange. For me it’s the opposite. Here in Germany they are very nice, usually. They ring, wait for me to go down and only deliver the packages in hand. DPD it’s another story. Had some expensive stuff “go missing” for months and no workaround except charging back the companies that sold me the products.
I’ll wait and see how long it will take.

Now I’ll add to this thread.
I ordered 3 more rolls on Thanksgiving Day & they haven’t shipped yet.

My two Mag-lev kits from 11/21 still haven’t shipped. Rumor has it that they put too many of them on the plane inbound to the Bambu warehouse and now it literally can’t land. It ran out of fuel weeks ago and it’s just hovering, rotating slowly above the runway.

I’m currently waiting for the following orders:
10kg PETG-HF (12 days delivery delay)
1x P1S printer with AMS (8 days delivery delay)
14kg PETG-HF (3 days delivery delay)

All orders have the same problem. The goods are with the logistics partner, I assume Bambu does not have its own warehouse, and are not handed over to the delivery service DPD.

At the beginning of November we already ordered 2 P1S combos, 16kg PETG-HF and a few accessories. This order also arrived within 3-4 days. But the current order is an absolute disaster.

The customer support in this case is not particularly helpful either.

Oh yes, we are here in Germany and have problems with the
“Winit Germany GmbH” logistics partner.

I placed an order on December 1st and nothing has been fulfilled or anything. I needed a replacement part and some PETG-HF and none of it shows to be fulfilled at all even though it says it will ship within 1-3 business days. I know it’s the holidays, but it’s also the holidays and we need these parts and filament to keep our business chugging along. I placed another order for some red and yellow ABS with a tube of liquid glue on December 6th and that order only shipped the yellow ABS. The red ABS and the glue have not been fulfilled or shipped.

Never had an issue with their fulfillment before, so I’m kinda frustrated. Especially because I have a printer down until this dang carbon rod x-axis assembly comes in.

I placed an order that turned into 4 separate packages.

One of the packages was delivered to my house, and three were rerouted by DPD to a pickup half a mile away.

I have the one that made it to my house, a friend managed to pick up one of the rerouted ones.

One of the rerouted ones has gone missing according to DPD.

The remaining package was due Friday. DPD then changed this to Saturday as it was held back by DPD at the depot.

On Saturday, DPD failed to drop it off again, still saying they held it back at the depot. They promised it would be delivered today (Sunday), but that hasn’t happened.

Now all I have is a message that says "it has been held back at the depot, but, not reason why or a new date they clearly will not attain.

Hey there, after a few hours trying to understand where my pack is i came to this forum…
I made ordered a A1 mini and a filament (my first 3d printer ever) on the evening of 2nd December and the next mornig i got an email where thy said that DPD and DHL received the informations about the shipping… still haven’t got any update of the shippings and some hours ago i opened the tickets on the websites.
Should i worry about my packages? Should i wait 2 more days for any updates and then eventually delete the order or should i wait until i don’t get the printer and the filament?
Im from Italy but i found out that in Europe there are many shipping issues after completing the order
Sorry for my bad english bit im really frustrated

It’s just a really busy time of year. Bambu ran and is running sales but inventory is probably really low.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they are far enough behind that dealing with customers wanting to know where their stuff is is taking up more and more of their time.

I completely understand that there are many orders and stocks are low but i just want to make sure i don’t loose my money at all… i’m only 16 years old and i worked hard for 240€
