Hi, I placed an order for 2 P1s printers and some other accessories. Within a few days I received a box with the accessories, but the printers are not shipped yet. On the website it says that in Europe, shipping will occur in 3 business days and after that it will arrive within 10 business days. Still, the items have not been received by DHL, while the box with accessories arrived a week ago via DPD.
I tried asking customer support via the chat, but they claim the printers have been sent a week ago while the DHL track and trace only says the order is pre-arranged, the items have not been received by DHL at this moment.
I know there were troubles at the end of 2024, but are there still people having troubles with shipments of printers at this moment?
Ordered May 15th, a combo p1s and a bunch of filament and stuff. they were sent out the 16th. the accessories came after 5ish days. Printer got stuck in Athens the 22nd, waited and waited, got a delivery date 29th. That came and went. 2 days (4th of June) ago i contacted DHL. they called me back yesterday informing me that the parcel was being returned to shipper. No idea what to expect from here but seeing posts from before it seems to be a recurring issue. This is within the union too, Germany to Greece so if its declaration specific they really need to get that sorted out. Contacted the customer support chat too but that was a pointless endeavour. Totally see why they get a lot of flack on Trustpilot etc. I would think it would be in their interest to sort it out while its here too instead of shipping back and forth over and over.
