I would just be excited that you got to pay. Some people are still waiting on pre-orders from November! lol Patience!
When I ordered the second ams … I ordered at 830 in the morning and at 10 I already had the DHL track …

I received the payment email last night at 330 Italian time and paid yesterday at 815 in the morning Italian time but no news yet today.

When you paid did the thank you note come out?

No I made the payment and I see two orders one of the secondary ams that was sent and arrived and I find it written “satisfied”
The other order of the printer and there is also written in it the invoice but in the column port unsatisfied

Why you guys who ordered in this year already got your printers and my order is from 29NOV and I still can’t make fulfillment payment? I’m from Poland, order was for X1CC. Already wrote to support and nothing.
Same with people in Canada who ordered the X1C. I assume they did not anticipate the demand/weren’t ready to handle the heavy orders. Give them time, I guess. Nothing we can really do but be patient.

Very strange that the order has been finished in just 2 days…
They write that : “Please note, pre-orders in each store will be handled in the order they are received” and “Shipping priority is determined by the order of deposit payment in each store”
… and here it seems that this not respected at all !
I have ordered mine the 10/01 (to France) and I received nothing at all.
