Where I live, in Colorado, FedEx won’t ship anything until all the snow is gone. UPS tends to be slow but will get it to us within a month or so. If the printer is shipped with FedEx, we will not see it until June. I hope that Bambu doesn’t ship my printer with FedEx.

Just payed for my xc1 yesterday and already got informed that the filament I also ordered will be shipped very soon. Now I am asking my self what the message means “Shipping befor 15.Feb ETD” Sry, but I am a german printpotato, who can`t wait for the xc1 to arrive 
I got shipping confirmation today from German store. Ordered 6.1.2023.

When did you buy it? 
I am from Germany. Ordered mine at Januar the 16th, ETD is January 29th. But, I am honest with you, I believe it, when I see the e-mail, that the printer is out for delivery. My guess is, I am in the batch for the ETD 15. Feb, like yours. Don’t know if yours is delayed or if they will stick to their ETDs. Think they may have trouble with the freighters having to go around Africa currently, or maybe the strike of the DB, which may affect cargo on rail.
Credit, where credit is due. I just got the confirmation e-mail, that my printer is on its way. This was literally the last day this could happen so ETD-promise could be held. Considering I ordered it relatively late for the ETD Januar 29th (I ordered on January 16th), and considering the current problems the Red Sea, and considering the printers are manufactured in China (I guess) which normally means container shipping through the Red Sea, I did not expect that, and I do not blame Bambu for that. But still, at least the delivery is now announced via E-Mail. I hope, it will arrive by the end of next week.

Don`t know… Wrote the support without reaktion. Might be caused of too many support requests at all.
I am still in ETD, so hoping that I ll get any conformation soon.

I got mine in 3 days from when ordered it in the us. it came by ups. my filament and all accessories came 2 days later by fedex

I ordered mine last month (P1S combo), and the ETD was March 8th. I haven’t even gotten an update or any shipping info at all. Support is not communicating with me at all. It’s been two weeks since they responded to any of my messages. I should have bought one locally if I knew I had to go through all this.

Do you really mean March 29 or is it May 29 (yesterday)?
May 29th it was a UPS problem not Bambu Lab spoke to great costumer rep. I was scared a bit.
Long story short, I received an email that says the delivery date and time. Waited all day for the package. After confirming with a costumer rep at Bambu Lab, I was told that it was a UPS problem. Honestly, the costumer representative was so informative and fast, i got a new ETA. Bambu Lab really cares about their costumer. Can’t wait to get Bambu Filaments
How did the ordering go through Aramex?
I should have read here before ordering the 10 roll printer, nothing is notified that they are late, only once your account has been debited, I am really disappointed to have opted for a Bambulab, It’s too long, there’s no excuse, when you have a Black Friday, there must be service behind it. Disappointing!

Yeah I’ve been waiting for an order for three weeks or better. Maintenance stuff too. VERY frustrating. I had to send my invoice in because they couldn’t find it, then there was no communication about whether it was even shipped. I’ve had money out of my pocket now for some time with no response, no order info, no tracking info.
Really? Where are you at? Did you call or email?
My mag-lev kit and some filament I ordered last week took a few days to get packed and handed off to shipper and tracking says next week for delivery.
This time of year that’s probably somewhat expected but luckily it’s nothing I’m dead in the water without.
