I think it would be quite useful to be able to see the amount of currently active users on the forum. I think it is something that would be easy to implement yet improve user engagement and be very useful.
Note that I am not a forum moderator or Admin but I have operated numerous discussion forums over the years and I totally understand the request. Bambu Labs does not read these forums so perhaps one of our mods @JonRaymond can put in a word for this concept.
I would debate the utility of such a feature but I won’t argue that it may improve user engagement and I believe that’s the argument you want to lean into.
Just a quick Google search revealed that his is relatively straight forward optional plugin.

That’s a neat plug in. I don’t know if the forum is too active to use it? We average well over 2k unique users visits per day.
Wow, I never would have thought that this many people used the forum. I was thinking it would be in the hundreds.
