I find it best to adjust color in Photoshop to create consistent results. Just like any print method, you want consistent files to start. From there you need consistent filaments. It doesnā€™t matter whose you use, as long as your using the same filaments. Unfortunately, its a bit of the wild west with filament color accuracy. The manufacturers donā€™t understand color variation and establishing a color standard for the CMY colors.


Hereā€™s my best (and first :grinning: ) lithophane. 100% per Bambuā€™s instructions. I overdid it on the color saturation of the source image, but not too bad for a first attempt.

I went crazy with the sharpness filter on the source image. Makes for an interesting 3D texture on the print, but the image suffered for it.

Would love to know the app, or the ā€œhow you did thisā€, what colors, what settings, etc. The photo you did looks phenominal (sp!?)ā€¦ GREAT!
