Signmaker troubles

I got a problem trying to get a logo design to work in the sign maker, it looks fine in the sign maker but when opening the downloaded 3mf file in the slicer, the logo seems full of glitches and then i slice it, the logo dissapears and the text isnt the same as it was in the sign maker.

Immage from the signmaker:

There’s a lot of fine detail in that logo. Did you choose the Arachne wall generator in the quality tab? That may help. Although, with such fine detail, you may need to also swap in a .2mm nozzle and maybe even decrease the slicer minimum gap (also in the quality tab).

yep 0.2 arachne, it seems bugged.

Mhm, strange. Do you have filter out small gaps (or similar) enabled?
And is it imported as a merged assembly or a single object?
I am asking because of the filled O’s and B. If you have separate objects in an assembly you could change their type to modifier which usually helps a lot. If it is a single object, we’ll need to find the settings causing small features to be neglected.

Probably too much detail for a 0.4 mm nozzle. You could try scaling it up in the slicer to as large as will fit and see if more detail appears. Or just put the center decal through sign maker and scaling it up to the full print bed. More detail should pop out.

The preview already looks bad; this is probably a sign of the base image is not “In a good shape”. For SVG´s that means, not all paths are closed correctly and there are loose ends. This is normally not a problem for the graphics engine as it´s corrected on the fly. But as soon as you move it into something not so tolerant you will start to see these problems.

If a Pixel image is converted, it can happen that it contains too much noise that need to be reduced before conversion. Was not able to find the base image online to give it a shot.

Well its 2 immages i have merged into one, saved and converterd to svg and imported into the signmaker/keyringmaker (i found out the keyring maker gives me a better result but still fails)

I can provide the original immages if you would like to give it a try it would be much appriciated (my skill isnt sufficient sadly) Edit:i have uploaded them to this thread

Ok, I recreated the SVG and results looking much better now.
Sadly, I cannot upload the SVG file here.

I recuded the colors to 2 after uploading the SVG file, and set a stroke to connect the pieces.

I still see the artifacts in the normal view:

But they are gone in the slice:
