Yay, more things to sell that they will fail to deliver in time 
They had a rough time with the Black Friday Sale and yet they started another sale while still not having fulfilled the back orders. I really don’t get it how does a company works like this. This is becoming more greed than anything else, at this point.

hahah well it seems i’m getting my wood pla today, which isn’t so bad 
but man, i just had the most surreal experience with Sovol, i ordered the SH02 on the 27th, when i saw that it wasn’t leaving the same status i sent an email, this is what they responded:
i know that bambu has it’s logistics issues, but i’ve never seen anything as bad as this…

They send it right away 
My order from Bambulab is also with the same status since the say i ordered it, about the same day you ordered from sovol. Usually it gets updated in the same day and 3/5 days later is here. This time is just there “Digital order sent to the delivery company” and that’s it… I am trying not to create a ticket but i am getting pretty nervous about it already

pretty much what i responded, no i don’t want to wait, ship it now
well a ticket wouldn’t hurt, best case scenario they push the logistics team to ship it out, worst case they respond after you’ve already received the package, so it’s a win win

I hope the new pla-silk will come off the build plate easier. I used glue on my smooth pei plate and the silk ate straight through it, had to scrape really deep to get the calibration lines off. and talk about trying to get the model off. I’m throwing my bambu silk out.
