I experienced an issue since they took the points from ratings ore printpictures, I receive no real feedback for my models.
What I do receive is a star rating, but what can I do better now?
I really miss the user pics of my printed models.

Have you ever considered asking for more feedback when people post ratings?
I see a lot of ratings that are just stars, but I cant say it is more than when there was points for profile ratings.
Use these two as an example. They were basic star ratings, but when you actually ask people, they will give you feedback (or at least 60 percent of the time).
I have just accepted that people will never get over it.

It’s interesting that photos, feedback & ratings are still being posted on my models, but not as many as before. These photos are from users who are very grateful and just happy. In other words, the quality of the ratings and photos has actually increased, with a few exceptions.
Additionally, I have definitely noticed that the competition has grown, although I don’t even see it as such. An increasing number of people are simply posting extremely professional 3D models. A photo can be the deciding factor in whether someone prints and rates a model.
That’s why I stick to my principles. I do what I like. If it goes down well, great. If not, so be it. But I never chase trends nor ratings. On the other hand, the Bambu mobile app constantly reminds everyone to rate things. Whether the trade-off is better now… well.

I mean its only really the stars that matter and if they are giving me a 5 star rating then i don’t really need to worry about asking for feedback, if they leave a lower one i can respond to it and ask them about their issues

rating system has become casually useless / annoying more than beneficial.
users with high rating rarely post photos or comments with it.
and users with low rating with lame excuse such as (i stopped it mid print because i did not like how you positioned the object).
and while at it let me add the boost system is useless as well, getting a good number of prints and positive feedback and ZERO boosts ^^ i miss the old days when 40 boost a week was a chill, but now user’s barely give 1-2 boosts a week.

It’s not just down to the users, but also because MakerWorld has completely overhauled the Boost system. Take me, for example: I used to distribute tons of boosts to others. For months now, I haven’t been able to distribute any boosts at all. Logically, if there is no boost to distribute, you cannot distribute to others. It’s as simple as that.
These are the consequences of the statement: “Mainly complex models should be promoted.”
I was so confused about it at first, that I thought it was due to the firmware and opened a thread about it. However, it was due to changes to the boost system.

i think the platform just reached their goal and imo they went to match other platforms pace.
makerworld was my highest income, but now its just coasting at same speed as others, bits and crumbs, bits and crumbs…

A while back, whenever I got a 4 star rating I would ask the rater what they didn’t like about the profile. What could I have done to make it better? My questions always get ignored. So I stopped asking.
I agree, but if you want feedback you have to try. Even if it is just another 20 percent of people.
4 stars are the worst though. 3 and below, something went wrong. 5 everything went perfect. 4 stars most of the time it is just someone nitpicking about something.

I’m pretty new to all this, what is a profile, what is a boost and what does it do, what are points and what do they do?
No, they are not. They are posting AI-generated images instead of real photographs of their models.
The profile is the 3mf file that you import into studio that contains the model data and the print parameters.
A boost is a easy way to support creators by giving them some quick points. You get them through printing and rating.
Points are incentive. You can trade them in for discount vouchers on kits and gift cards.

I think you’re mixing up two topics. We’re talking about 3D models that get boosts and ratings, right? To be precise, the topic is feedback from user. Not AI spam…

Sorry for deviating from the subject. Agreed that a handful of pro designers create and post models that are on a completely different level. Therefore I don’t regard them as “competition”, since I am but a humble amateur.

No problem.
Rather than thinking about the competition, I focused on what OP mentioned: fewer interactions with users and less feedback. Clearly, users prefer to interact with well-known creators, of which there are now a significant number. They even bring their own communities with them from Discord and Patreon. This isn’t negative thing, but it does mean that users interact less with other projects. 
I can tell you personally, if I give a 4 star rating, it’s usually because I had minor issues or the design could’ve been just ever so slightly better and because of this, it’s not worth destroying the confidence of the creator. So just give 4 stars. It’s either that or skip rating it altogether.

I hold no grudges about a 4 star rating. What I hold grudges about is people giving a 4 star rating and then ignoring me when I ask how the profile could be improved. I think a lot of low ratings are based upon feelings. It is hard to argue with feelings.

The comments section is the worst place to ask for improvements. It’s like standing in front of a brick wall and talking to it about the history of mankind.
Remember that if people wanted to tell you that, they would have done so straight away. In addition, many cannot even write or understand English, considering that the website is international. Furthermore, many are simply children.
You’re expecting too much. While it’s understandable that you want that, this is just the wrong place. You’re better off asking in the forum. If you force people to answer, you’ll just annoy them, and if in doubt, the answer will be: “Well, it can’t be perfect!”
You can’t change other people, but you can change one thing: you can choose where to have such discussions.
