Single item prints great, multiples are bad

I’m trying to print some three-color flexi pickles. When I print one it looks great.

When I print more than one they are horrible. I’ve reduced speeds and acceleration. But I print plates full of multicolor items every day and haven’t seen this. Been troubleshooting with AI for hours with no luck.

Put a little space between the two.

I originally had them spaced out. Then I put them close so their brims overlapped in an attempt to stop them from being ripped off the plate.
