Sliced result does not follow the actual painting of the model

Good day,

I have this issue with painted multicolor models that I haven’t been able to solve, no matter what settings i’m trying to change.

Best example is here in the screenshots below. Please note that the camera is zoomed in to almost max, the details are really small.

In the example below, for some random reason, the outer/inner black wall seems to continue through the red of the eye, whilst at other layers with the same or less distance doesn’t have that issue at all. I understand that with small details, the nozzlepath generated by the slicer might skip details, but it’s not consistent with every layer.

Also, despite painting pretty accurate as much as the slicer allows me to, the sliced nozzle path doesn’t follow the paint at all. In case of the painted iris being nicely rounded and painted with the smallest brush size, the sliced result doesn’t look anywhere close like it.

Additional info, the distance between the black parts is 0.403mm. Issue remains with arachne on or off/detect thin wall, thinner wall settings, different wall loops, smaller slice gap closing radius, smaller resolution etc.

Has anyone have an idea which setting I need to change to get better results? I’m kinda at a loss here and it affects all my prints.
