Slicing model issue

I am using a Bambu Lab A1 printer.
I have two models made in Fusion 360:
Model 1: Top surface has text
→ When slicing, before the text layer starts, the top surface shows a middle patch / uneven area.
Model 2: Same model but without text
→ The top surface prints perfectly, no patch.
I have attached both images for reference.
Why does this patch appear only when the text is on the top surface?
How can I remove this patch and get a smooth top layer?

I am guessing your first language isn’t English, could you write your question in your language and let us try and translate it at our end?

I only speak one language, excluding the really bad Japanese I did as a kid.

Please upload the 3mf file. I have no idea what you’re trying to tell us, and that happens extremely rarely. The photos are also poor quality and blurry.

I ‘think’ you are concerned that the model with text shows a series of patterns rather than a uniform pattern shown without text.

This is normal.

The slicer determines the most efficient pattern to lay down filament allowing for any obstructions.

The text is printed first to gain the best possible result.

The top surface needs to navigate around the text, thus causes starts and stops as otherwise it would flow over the text.

It is the same reason when driving down a road with cones, we avoid them (hopefully) rather than seeing how many we can jam under the car.
