I’m opening the ticket now, but everything started a while back when while on a long print, the wake up screen made the touch response look all off calibrated…

TOday, after the print finished and the screen was still off, I opened the door to remove the pieces, the screen woke up and everything was messed like you see. Rebooting the machine didn’t help either :frowning:

Ps. Not shipping damage. Upon arrival everything was completely fine and printing during weeks.

oof, thats a bummer. If you are in a hurry you might check if the screen cables are seated correctly. Graphical artifacts like that usually happen on the ribbon cables nearest to the LCD panel itself. Could still be internal to the panel circuit, but its worth checking the ribbon connections if you are handy with small tools.
