I’m new to Makerworld.
Please make my collections easier to find by sorting alphabetically or allowing me to reorder. I did figure out that by renaming a collection I can force it to the top of the list.
This would make me so happy if/when it happens! Using Collections is such a painful experience without being able to sort them.
Thank you!!! I am so looking forward to this. I found my way here searching for a way to do this and was about to add my plus one after reading through all the responses with my fingers crossed that a developer responded hahaha
*You may want to change the solution from the “MalcTheOracle” comment to this one though. I was honestly a little confused why that was considered a solution to a feature request haha
Anyway, TLDR — THANK YOU!!! ![]()

Just another voice to add here. Yes, can’t wait for this feature; it’s painful to use right now. On the plus side, I’ve only had my printer a month, so my collections mostly memorized. For now. xD
Another person extremely wanting alphabetical collection folders!!! Bambu please hurry up and add this feature!!!
Seems logical to have this in alphabetical order. Prevents Double ups
+1 would be great if collections could be sorted by name. Personally, I have the following collections:
- Ideas
- TODO
- Done
But, they are not sorted, which is annoying.
It depends where you look, they added it, just likely in the other place from where you are expecting to see it.
Where it is
When you ORGANISE your collections
Where it isn’t
When you COLLECT an item into a collection.
I really like the filter box here though (it isn’t searching)
Exactly, its missing when you COLLECT an item into a collection.
I didn’t say you were wrong, just they only did have the job and you may not have noticed where they did do it.
It has simplified my experience, but only because I start typing the first few letters, I have a couple of hundred collections so, not easy.
I would also like the job finish with the order over in that box as well. The order currently seems to have a mind of its own.
I would also like an index line (a list of letters to scroll the box to that point).
It seems that the sort dropdown is only available for Public collections. Could we also have it for Private collections, please? ![]()
