I’m in need of a [Z Belt Tensioner] after doing a major rehaul on an X1C and noticing the underside for the first time and seeing the currently installed one just mangled from someone tightening the set screw right into the plastic housing.

After initially looking on the store page (US) come to find out that the [Z Belt Tensioner] assembly isn’t even a stocked/sold item… but it’s listed on the wiki and has a replacement guide haha… so how do I replace it if I can’t obtain a new one??

There are indeed some printer components that aren’t in stock.
In that case, you should open a trouble ticket using the BL support centre, indicating the issue and the required component(s) and ask for a quote and private invoice for those parts.

I had the same experience with a cable, and after checking the case, they dispatched it in a couple of days. Afterwards, they made it available in the store.
