I’m having trouble printing this bearing. The creator’s 3MF was designed for A1 and I’m printing on P2S. So I’ve gone through and matched all the setting after changing the instrument.
When match the initial layer speed to match the A1 file (25mm/s) the print speeds are all increased with a much higher speed at the first layer, the flow rater however are relatively close. On the other hand if I set the initial layer speed to 3mm/s I can get the prints speeds to match, but the flow rates are drastically slower. What am I missing to make these match?
On a side note, why does the initial layer speed entered not match the sliced speed for any of the options?
New to Bambu studio, so appreciate help understanding why these aren’t matching. If you need more screen shots of different settings let me know what would be helpful to understand the difference.

It looks like your acceleration on first layer is 3-digit, which is low. Low can be good and correct, but it is low, which means your nozzle cannot “step on the gas” to get going from stopped position. With low accel, your small curved extrusions will never get up to speed even if you set that to 99999 speed.
Think about how racecars slow down for turns. Your nozzle is that, except the belts are crying for mercy instead of tires.
You dont often need to match profiles so carefully. If you loaded the 3mf, it was keyed for A1, but there were no changes to the default profile (seen as orange values, with ← → icons) then it kind of implies the author didnt have any special input for how to print the thing. Just put it on YOUR printers default profile to start, and see how it goes.
I haven’t worried about matching setting, but this model doesn’t want to print no mater what I try on the p2s. It doesn’t have good adhesion for the first layer which messes up the whole model. This seemed to be a common comment which the maker attributes to a dirty bed. Dove deeper into the setting and it looks like the speed/flow is drastically different. So trying to see if I can match them to get this to work.
The filament was dried 12 and the AMS is reading 4%. I did the dynamic flow calibration before printing. Is there another option to calibrate pressure advance and flow ratio in Bambu Studio?
Loading the .3mf, I see no flow changes and speeds are actually reduced by half compared to my usual X1C profiles (or a P2S). That would tend to improve plate adhesion, not reduce it.
The bearing prints nicely and the screwdriver slots to loosen the rollers are a genius idea.
A dirty plate is your mostly likely problem. Wash your plate with warm water and dishwashing detergent, dry with a clean towel (no fabric softener). Keep your fingers off the surface.
Seems like the issue was the preloaded print profiles for Bambu PLA. They have 40% cooling on the first layer and much lower plate temperature. When I optimized the filament settings it worked fine with the .3mf.
Don’t load the .stl file, it flips the bearing over which is an adhesion nightmare.
