The speed options that include “sport” are only available from the device interface.
If you wish to change speed settings using modifiers, you have to change all the options to higher or lower values as you see fit.
Unfortunately, there is no current way of simply saying "go x percentage faster or slower across the board as the device speed settings do.
I believe it’s 124% or something close to that. Multiply every speed setting there is by 124% (default speed x 1.24) and that will net you the sport mode result.
It’s tricky though, because your max volumetric speed will still come into play and limit the speeds. So you will have to raise that up as well.
Add modifier cube/shape of your choice in the slicer
Position it to overlap the areas you want modified
Change form global to object process settings
Select your modifier cube
Go to speed tab
Adjust values as desired
The “sport” etc are machine/firmware specific things that adjust the clock for how it interprets gcode commands, literally replays them faster. This will alter your gcode and be compatible with many machines.
don’t do that. Sport and Ludacris are crutches for bad slicer settings. Use height range modifiers. or modifier shapes. The downside of modifier shapes that don’t fully enclose a layer is that speed adjustments will add another seam and internal walls.
i have had success with sport mode via increasing the filament temp by 5-10C or by using high-speed PLA (Sunlu’s PLA “meta”) with a standard PLA print profile but it never felt worth the risk; i’d rather a slower print if it means less of a risk of it failing.
Maybe I’ll just add pauses so that I can change it to sport speed manually. That seems like it might be easier.

When the slicer asks what machine you own, lie to it, and say whatever you want to get a profile of. It’ll load that profile. You’re free to inspect. Change your own profiles to it in the manner of your choosing (export/import, alt tab, sticky notes, etc. … be sure to send jobs to the actual printers with their actual gcode/limits or risk your hardware)
In bambulab, under “device” on the right hand side, you can change device settings. You’ll see details on temperature and you can move the head with the buttons. But there’s also a speed icon with a default to 100%. You can change it there, without setting it on the printer while it’s printing.
