Let’s say I try to make a reuseable spool from PETG-HF. Then let’s say I put a refill on that spool and then flashdry it in an oven, with the recommended 65 °C, 8 hours . Will the spool survive it?
Why not try out a small model with overhangs and place it in that environment? You’ll find out quickly enough. The specs say it should work, but if I’ve learned one thing in this hobby, it’s to distrust what others only theorize about unless you’ve witnessed it with your own senses.

As a thought, try a 20mm or 10° segment of the print. Cheaper to try. It may be more prone to sagging, which will give you accelerated results.
I’ll have to give it a go.
