There is no single STL file for this rewinder. There are a bunch of files that require printing and then assembly. We’re talking about 50 separate parts. some things you can print multiple parts at once. Others, primarily the base plates are large enough that only one part can be printed at a time.
On Printables.com, Storm Design is whose design I used.
I did make some changes and if I were to do it over there are some other things I would change.
Most of those changes would be where OCD overruled good engineering principles.Those I am willing to discuss off-line.
I did buy a motor with a gear reducer which is a deviation from the design but works well.
The designer has made changes from the posted model I usedand I am open to giving you the STL files I used, but off-line to not clog up the thread.
I also made a motor mount of my design to drive the winder.
On top of that, I bought a variable volt/amp power supply that does a bang-up job of regulating the speed of the winder.
