What could it be? Should I lubricate rods or check the belt tensioner?
It’s not the threaded rods, but the timing belt (z) on the underside of the printer. It may sound counterproductive, but it works reliably. You need to carefully grease the outside (not the teeth) of the belt. One or two spots are enough. Then the squeaking will stop, i think. This is a known issue with the P1, and it seems that the P2 has the same problems.
what do you use for grease? white little tube from Bambu that was in spares?
Yes, the tubes from Bamu. You don’t need much, after that move the belts.
Maybe you could be lucky like me and it’s just the filament feed hose rubbing against the inside of the glass top! 75 hours now on my P2S, only has it a few days lol Such an upgrade from my Creality CR10S-Pro V2.

I have exactly the same issue. 120 hours of printing and suddenly there are squeaking noises when moving the XY axis. I checked it thoroughly, took apart the back of the printer and could clearly hear that it was coming from the motor axis.
I gently sprayed a few drops of grease into the gap under the sleeve and the squeaking stopped IMMEDIATELY. Just in case, I did the same on the left side. Surprisingly, the next day I heard similar sounds again, but much, much quieter. After a few hours, they stopped. And the peace lasted for about two weeks. Today I hear it again and I have a feeling it’s the left side.
The sound is indeed “non-metallic”, more like rubber squeaking against smooth metal. Are you saying that I should try lubricating the OUTSIDE of the belt (i.e. the side that comes into contact with the smooth roller/bushing) and that should eliminate the squeaking? Maybe my spray into the gap splattered a little more and got under the belt as well, which is why the squeaking stopped…
So… Just discovered this issue this morning after maybe 15 hours of print time. Ugh… So what did you do exactly to address this issue since it seems like an ongoing in? I don’t want to take this thing apart since I literally just got it going a day ago.
I opened the rear cover (Be careful! One of the screws is hidden under the orange filament inlet. You have to slide this element to the right until it pops out of the hooks and only then remove it to access the screw).
I had some silicone spray, the kind with a tube. I sprayed a little under the sleeve on which the belt rotates so that the lubricant would reach the motor shaft (or roller, because every motor on the XY axis has a roller adjacent to it from the other axis) - because I think that’s where the noise was coming from.
You can perform a similar operation from the inside, but some areas can only be reached from the back.

Yes, I already did that. Thanks anyway. It helped and the problem disappeared for good.
It’s just a shame that no one took care of it sufficiently at the assembly stage, and now the customer/user has to look for solutions to annoying and worrying issues themselves.
After solving the squeaking problem, messages about the extruder motor being overloaded appeared… but that’s another topic already discussed here on the forum. No product is free from flaws and imperfections, but I am increasingly concerned about the level of workmanship and refinement of Bambu products… even those costing several thousand euros or dollars.
