Strange holes in the first layers of my print

Since weeks i got a strange problem in the first layers of a usual object that i’ve printed a lot of time.
Does anybody could identify all the small holes on the outskirts of my piece.
And also the result is not satisfying because of all these small holes.
I have been printing this piece for several months and at first I did not have this strange behavior.

My issue is only for parts that i print with the TPU for AMS, because i want to make multicolors.

Nota : i modified some parameters for the TPU to reduce the stiffness of this BambuLab TPU, that is for me not as flexible as traditional TPU. So i set the FLOW RATIO from 0.97 to 0.90 to gain flexibility

You have answered your own question. You are not flowing enough filament to reach into the corners. That is also why there are gaps between adjoining lines of filament - there is not enough material to properly squish the lines together. Meanwhile, the lowered flow is probably not making much difference in flexibility.

Make your model thinner, or use a different TPU, but use a correct flow rate.

But what is strange, is at the beginning (a few months ago) i never got this issue for the first layers. My P1S has more than 1200 hours of operation, without any maintenance, nor any extruder calibration.

Different filaments can require different flow rates. This is why the control exists per-filament. It represents the physical reality of you getting a spool that measures 1.73mm or 1.77mm instead of 1.75 and allowing you to fix that with math.

You’re not flowing enough liquid to fill that area, so it doesn’t fill.

If you ONLY care about your bottoms and tops, you can adjust bottom and top flow ratios…

Bambu’s TPU is alloyed with PLA to get it to feed, so it is very stiff.

Bambu Lab’s TPU for AMS is very stiff compared to their non-AMS TPU.
I made a couple of parts with that stuff and I felt like it was closer to PLA than to TPU
