Hi. On two different occasions my h2d tool head has simply stopped moving while printing a model from the Handy app. The nozzle simply sits stationary where it stopped. Nothing helps. The print simply has to be abandoned. Trying again does the same thing. It will print on my A1 but that proves nothing since it is a different Profile being used. Has anyone else had this happen?
The latest occurrence was on plate 2 of ‘ Decorative Pass-Through Pumpkins’ for H2D and the AMS version plate 2. The plate 1 was ok.
Never on my H2D, but my X1 Carbon has done it on certain firmware versions—never when I sliced the file myself.
In my case it didn’t completely hang, but it paused for a long time in the same manner you described. I never put any trust in the one-click printing feature, since MakerWorld is packed with poorly made point-chasing profiles. I’m not sure what caused this behaviour, because Bambu Lab Support chose the silent approach and the only thing I ever received was an automated response. I even provided a full video of the issue, yet they still chose not to reply.
Good call. I tried slicing the model on that plate and it crashes Studio at layer 16 while slicing.
