Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing strange noises on all three axes and I can’t figure out where they’re coming from. I’ve lubricated and greased them, but it hasn’t helped. Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve attached a video for each axis so you can listen to it. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hmm.. the frequency of the “juddering” is a bit random, but similar on all three axes. Which suggests something is wrong that is common to all three.
Power supply fluctuations, perhaps?
I note that you have the A1 in an enclosure of some kind. Might it have been too hot at some point, upsetting the electronics?
You could perhaps try a motor noise and resonance frequency calibration again?

The x and y noises seem similar, but the z noise seems completely different (little “grigrigrigrigri”).
I carefully monitor the enclosure; the temperature never exceeds 25°. I have controlled ventilation on one side and a vent on the other.
I have, of course, recalibrated several times.

I didn’t hear too much of a problem in Z, but I second the opinion of power problems
Try a different circuit first. I’d also generate a logfile [encrypted, blah] and send it to support to see if they are able to see anything re: the health of the DC power supply in the a1 itself.
